The user must create an account on the platform to access their services. When registering, the user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his password and of all the activities that occur under his account. The user undertakes to immediately notify any unauthorized use of their account.

We offer several subscription plans (hereinafter, "Plans") that provide access to different service levels on the platform. The details of each plan, including the characteristics, prices, and payment conditions, are detailed on the website. Prices may vary depending on the subscription duration (monthly, annual, etc.).

When you subscribe to a plan, you accept that your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of the hired period, unless it is canceled in advance. The collection of the renovation will be made using the payment information provided by the user, unless the subscription is updated or canceled before the renewal date.

The user can cancel their subscription at any time from their account on the platform. The cancellations will be effective at the end of the current subscription period, and the user will continue to have access to the service until the period contracted expires. Reims will not be granted for unused periods.

It has a maximum of 15 days to make the reimbursement claim. You must have a bank account in your name, or failing that a Nequi or Daviplata account.

Once the refund application is made, the platform has 30 calendar days to return. The return will be made on the net value received understanding that the payment gateway makes the deduction for the collection of the transaction.

We will not ask why the reimbursement application, but we appreciate it, let us know with the aim of taking the improvement measures towards the future.

The payment of subscriptions will be made in advance according to the chosen plan. Payments will be processed through the payment methods provided by the platform (credit card, debit or other accepted methods).

The price of the plans may not include applicable taxes. Any sales tax, added value or other taxes that are applied will be added to the total amount and will be the user's responsibility.

If the user does not complete a payment on the expiration date, the platform reserves the right to suspend access to the service until the payment is made. The lack of continuous payment can result in the cancellation of the account.

All rights, titles and interest on the platform, including software, graphics, design, logos, and content, are exclusive property of the platform or its licensors. The use of the platform does not grant any user property right.

We reserve the right to modify or update the platform at any time to improve the service, add new features or correct errors. These updates may occur without warning to the user, and in some cases, they may require the account update or user software.

The platform is provided "as" and "according to availability", without guarantees of any kind, whether express or implicit, including but not limited to guarantees of trade, suitability for a particular purpose or non -infraction. We do not guarantee that the platform will be free of interruptions, errors, viruses or any other harmful component.

In no case will we be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consistent or punitive damage, including, among others, the loss of benefits, income or data, which result from the use or impossibility of using the platform, even if we have been warned of the possibility of said damage.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The changes will be notified through the platform and will enter into force from their publication. The continuous use of the platform after any modification implies the acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the local laws of the country in which we operate, without prejudice to the provisions on conflicts of laws. Any dispute that arises in relation to these terms will be resolved in the competent courts of said jurisdiction.
